Agency Licensing Requirements
Important Update: Compliance with Ontario's Recruitment Agency Licensing Requirements
As of July 1, 2024, all recruitment agencies in Ontario must hold a valid license to operate.
At Peak Associates Limited we are committed to full compliance with all regulatory
requirements. We have applied for our Recruiter and Temporary Help Agency license and are
currently awaiting approval from the Ministry of Labour.
What This Means for Our Clients and Candidates:
- Proof of Compliance: While we await formal approval, we have been assured by the Ministry of Labour that our application is in process, allowing us to continue operating legally.
